Easter at Primal Your Local Butcher

Have you reserved your Easter Ham, Lamb or Brisket? Easter Sunday is right around the corner (April 21) and we are taking orders now.


Our half spiral hams weigh between 6-9 pounds and are:

  • Made with the finest cuts of meat
  • Lower in sodium
  • Hardwood smoked
  • Pre-sliced for your convenience with no Added MSG
  • Gluten free
  • Fully cooked
  • Cured with real brown sugar

To prepare simply remove ham from packaging and place flat side down in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake 12 – 15 minutes per pound. For a smaller crowd, pick up a Boar’s Head sweet slice baby ham. These smaller hams weight 2-3 pounds.


Our New Zealand rack of lamb is a spring favorite! We’ve also got a great selection of domestic lamb to choose from – boneless or bone-in leg of lamb, top round, shanks, and chops. We are happy to cut or grind our lamb for your specific meal needs.
